Understanding and Responding to Sexual Behavior of Children (URSBC)

Understanding and Responding to the Sexual Behavior of Children

URSBC is a 3 hour training that helps adults understand children’s sexual behavior.  It describes the continuum of behaviors ranging from normal to yellow, red, and black flag behaviors.  Ways of responding to prevent habituation and to teach children healthy boundaries and empathy for others are addressed.  Since URSBC encompasses adolescent behavior, as well as that of young children, it is flexible and relevant for educators, professionals, and parents/care givers of children who are at risk of sexual behavior problems.
